B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf is a faith based organization striving to be a difference maker for the physically, mentally and emotionally challenged by uniting with the community and sharing new hope, vision and belief in themselves through golf as a reentry skill to life and their community!


B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf


I trained under the guidance of physical and occupational therapists to find the easiest swing mechanics for students with a challenge of any nature.  In order to understand the challenges experienced by future students, I worked from:  a wheelchair - with front or side swing; standing on one leg - right or left; using one arm - right or left; swinging right or left handed and implemented drills to accomplish positive swing adjustments and adaptations.​

2002 Completion of 2002 B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Cross-Country Training Tour ... Bringing Golf to the Challenged.  Encompassed more than 16,000 miles in a 1973 School Bus conversion to the B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Mobile Golf Teaching School holding 80 golf clinics across the United States.

Our Mission & Our History

In addition to the actual golf training through clinics, the following activities are noted:

  • 78 appearances with over 1,000 members of community leadership groups to bring awareness of a need to help citizens of their communities to enjoy life through golf;

  • Participation in Sportsability in Jacksonville, Florida with over 200 observers;

  • Participation in the World Congress on Disabilities, Orlando, Florida, with open clinics for over 600 observers with the B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Bus displayed inside the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

  • Participation in expositions with observers numbering more than 1,000

  • Six television appearances and four radio appearances reaching major national markets.

  • Recipient of national Polar Bear Award from Nikken, Inc., Irvine, CA, with story in their National Family Magazine reaching over 120,000 households. This award is given to someone who has done something to help change the environment or enhances society. Mr. Isamu Masuda, founder of Nikken, started this award in 1998.

  • 2003 Development of New Life Skills for Persons with Developmental Disabilities as a new program provided by B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf as a Grant Recipient from the Florida Developmental Disability Council. Program was for 9 months hosting 2-day clinics in 9 Florida cities. Our purpose was to educate the educators and embrace the citizens of each community who have developmental disabilities. We were merging the professionals - both golf and health care - with the citizens and the community who would become aware of a segment of the population who could enjoy an enhanced life and community participation with new life skills.

  • 2004-2006 Golf Instruction locally in Kissimmee, Florida

  • Created the B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Instruction Manual and The B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Instruction Manual for Kids.

  • Created the B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Pro Virtual Golf School

  • Created the B.I.O.N.I.C. Golf Pro Golf & Tax Cruise
